La agrupación, liderada por la baterista Yissy García, se ha colado en la escena cultural cubana como referente del latin jazz contemporáneo. No obstante, la banda se resiste a encasillarse en un estilo: les gusta experimentar con sonidos afrocubanos y la música más bailable, la fusión de betas electrónicos, nu-jazz, hip-hop, R&B, rock, dance, pero sobre todo funk jazz con la música cubana como telón de fondo, que es la tónica dominante en sus composiciones.
